* All measurements are in inches unless otherwise noted. Sock sizes are based on shoe size and foot length.
* Measure your foot in the afternoon or after a run, standing, from heel to longest toe.
* For compression socks and calf sleeves, measure calf circumference at the widest point. If between sizes, size up.
* Running socks should fit snugly with no wrinkles or loose fabric. Wrinkles can cause blisters.
* If between sizes for regular running socks, choose the size that matches your shoe size. For more compression, choose the smaller size; for more room, choose the larger size.
* Sock height is personal preference. No-show for race day, crew for cold weather or trail.
* Wash inside out in cold water. Do not use fabric softener. Air dry or tumble low.
* Actual fit may vary by style, cushioning level, and fabric stretch.
